How can you book a room in a Portuguese´s Youth Hostel.
To book a room in a Youth Hostel you may use any one of the following:

You can also choose to book your stay at your chosen Youth Hostel directly or at one of our Youth Tourism Information Offices in any regional branch of Instituto Português da Juventude.
When you make your reservation, don't forget to mention:
The name of the Youth Hostel you want to stay at
Number of people (male and female) and what kind of lodging you want (multiple or double bedrooms) Arrival and departure dates from the Hostel
Whether you'll be wanting any meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner)
Other services you might wish
Don't forget you should make your reservation as far in advance as possible, as Youth Hostels are very popular with both Portuguese and foreign youths and therefore sometimes we are unable to accommodate all the bookings we receive.
